1. In a large bowl, combine: Oats, Flour, Stevia
2. Stir in melted Coconut Oil until it begins to clump up
3. Heavily spray a 9×9 baking pan with cooking spray
4. Press 3/4 of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan (be sure to press down firmly)
5. Spread 1/2 of the Strawberries and Kiwi over the crust
6. Sprinkle Cornstarch over the entire pan, then top with remaining Strawberries/Kiwi, then top the remining Crumble mixture.
7. Bake @ 375 for about 30 min
8. Once finished, set aside and allow to cool entirely. While this is cooling, prepare the Glaze
9. Combine: Protein, Almond Milk, and Cinnamon for the glaze
10. Once Bars are entirely cooled, spread the Glaze over top and place in the refrigerator overnight to firm and thicken (you can freeze them too)
