Sugar Pumpkin Puree

ingredients

Sugar Pumpkin – 2.5 lbs (after stemming and gutting)

*Makes 1 servings

1. Cut top off, gut and remove all seeds

2. Peel skin – this isn’t 100% necessary but I prefer without the skin

3. Cut into small chunks

4. Bring water to boil and steam Pumpkin until soft (about 15 min)

5. Place Pumpkin in food processor and puree
