Sweet Potato – 1,200g

Extra Virgin Olive Oil – 4 Tbsp

Spices: I personally add Cinnamon, Onion and Garlic Powder

*Makes 12 servings

1. Peel and slice Sweet Potato thinly

2. Toss in Olive Oil and spices

3. Fry at 390 for 28 min, shaking every 7 min
