1. Steam Sweet Potatoes, then mash and let cool
to room temperature
2. Add Coconut Flour, Wheat Flour and Eggs. Stir
3. Spray a 13×9 pan generously with cooking spray,
evenly spread mixture over pan
4. Bake at 400 for about 20 min
