Sweet & Spicy Chicken Salad

alad Mix – 2 cups

Chicken – 8oz

Marinade for Chicken

Yellow & Orange Peppers- 1/8 cup

Jalapeno – 1/8 cup

Sweet Potatoes (thinly sliced) – 1/2 cup

Pineapple Salsa – 1/4 cup

Makes 1 serving

1. Marinade Chicken

2. Bake Chicken at 400 for about 20 min

3. Thinly slice Sweet Potato and pan fry

4. Dice Peppers

5. Combine and add salsa
