Teriyaki BBQ Chicken Salad

ingredients

Chicken – 1/2 lb

Teriyaki Marinade – 2 tbsp

Grape Tomatoes – 4oz

Romaine Heart – 6 leaves

Bell Peppers – 1 cup diced

Black Beans – 1/4 cup

Corn – 1/4 cup

Onion – 1/8 cup

Tortilla Strips – 5

BBQ Sauce – 2 tbsp

Makes 1 serving

1. Marinade Chicken in Teriyaki sauce.

2. Bake Chicken @ 400 for roughly 20 min.

3. Chop Romaine Heart and other veggies.

4. Mix in a bowl & serve.
