Tilapia Boats w/ Veggies

ingredients

Tilapia – 6 oz

Brown Rice – 1/4 Cup

Orange Pepper – 1/2 Cup

Orange – 1/2

Brussels Sprouts – 1 Cup

Olive Oil – 1 tbsp

*Makes 1 servings

1. Make Rice

2. Season Tilapia

3. Form a “Boat” around Tilapia with Aluminum Foil (spray foil before putting fish in)

4. Place Brussels Sprouts, Orange Pepper and Orange on top and around fish. Pour Olive Oil over top.

5. Bake @ 350 for about 15 min
