Tofu Stir Fry

ingredients

  • Tofu (Melissa’s Organic Tofu) – 1 Container
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil – 2 Tbsp
  • Stir Fry Vegetable Blend (Kirkland) – 6 Cups
  • Korean BBQ Seasoning (Weber) – 1 Tbsp
  • Brown Rice – 1 Cup

Sauce:

  • Orange Juice – 1/3 Cup
  • Water – 1/3 Cup
  • Low Sodium Soy Sauce – 1/8 Cup
  • Sesame Seed Oil – 1 tsp
  • Garlic Powder – 1 tsp
  • Corn Starch – 1 Tbsp

Makes 4 Servings

1. Make Rice

2. Make Sauce – combine listed ingredients (*EXCEPT Corn Starch)

3. Add Olive Oil to Wok and heat under medium heat

4. Add Stir Fry Veggies to Wok and cook for about 5-8 min

5. Add Tofu and Korean BBQ Seasoning

6. When Tofu starts to brown all over and veggies are close to desired feel, add in the sauce

7. Bring to a simmer and stir. Add Corn Starch, bring heat down, stir veggies occasionally while the sauce thickens
