Tomato Soup

ingredients

  • Beefsteak Tomatoes 1 lb
  • White Onion – 300g
  • Olive Oil – 1 Tbsp
  • Garlic – 3 cloves
  • Unsweetened Almond Milk – 1/8 cup
  • Basil 2 Tbsp
  • Salt/Pepper – 1 tsp

Makes 6 servings

1. Heat Pan with Olive Oil and brown Onions
2. Chop Tomatoes, add to pan and cook down
3. Take off heat, add basil, salt and pepper
4. Add everything to food processor and blend
