Turkey Breakfast Cup

ingredients

  • Ground Turkey – 1 lb
  • Garlic Jalapeno Seasoning (Weber) – 1 tbsp
  • Egg – 6 large
  • Spinach – 1 cup (chopped)
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Smoked Paprika – 1 tsp
  • Cumin – 1/2 tsp
  • Sharp Cheddar Cheese – 1/8 cup

Makes 12 muffins

1. Combine Turkey, Garlic Jalapeno Seasoning, Garlic, Paprika and Cumin into a bowl

2. Divide mixture into 12 and press into bottom/sides of a greased muffin tin to form the “cup”

3. Put Spinach and Cheese into “cups”

4. Combine eggs, whisk and pour into top of cup
