1. Combine Tomatoes, cucumber and onion – let sit.
2. In a bowl, mix – Ground Turkey, Oatmeal, Egg, Paprika, Salt, Pepper, Parsley, Cumin. Oregano, Garlic and onion powder.
3. Put Olive Oil on a pan and spread out turkey mixture into a long rectangular patty. Bake @ 350 for 35 min.
