Turkey Gyro

ingredients

Ground Turkey – 1 lbs

Oatmeal – 1/2 Cup

Egg – 1

Paprika, Salt, Pepper – 1/2 tsp each

Dried Parsley – 1 tsp

Oregano, Garlic, Onion Powder – 1 1/2 tsp

Cumin – 1/4 tsp

Olive Oil – 1 tbsp

Tomatoes – 2 diced

Cucumber – 1 diced

Red Onion – 1 diced

Feta Cheese – 1/2 Cup

Wheat Pita – 8

Cucumber Dill Dip – 8 tbsp

Gyro Meat – 8 slices

*Makes 4 Servings of 2 Gyros

1. Combine Tomatoes, cucumber and onion – let sit.

2. In a bowl, mix – Ground Turkey, Oatmeal, Egg, Paprika, Salt, Pepper, Parsley, Cumin. Oregano, Garlic and onion powder.

3. Put Olive Oil on a pan and spread out turkey mixture into a long rectangular patty. Bake @ 350 for 35 min.
