Turkey Loaf w/ Sweet Potato Mash & Brussels Sprouts

ingredients

Ground Turkey – 1 lb

Oats – 1 Cup

Peppers (previously sauteed) – 1/4 Cup

Onions (previously sauteed) – 1/4 Cup

Egg – 1

Onion Powder

Garlic Powder

Chili Powder

Salt/Pepper

Sweet Potatoes – 400g

Spices of choice

Brussels Sprouts (chopped) – 2 Cups

Olive Oil – 2 Tbsp

*Makes 4 Servings

1. Combine first 9 ingredients, form Loafs and bake @ 400

2. Skin Sweet Potatoes and boil. Mash and mix with spices

3. Heat Olive Oil in pan, cook Brussels Sprouts to desired texture
