  • Oats – 1/2 Cup
  • Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (Hyvee) – 1/4 Cup
  • Unsweetened Coconut Milk – 1/4 Cup
  • Vanilla Ice Cream Protein (Optimum Nutrition) – 1 Scoop
  • Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt (Kirkland) – 1/4 Cup (62g)
  • Unsweetened Coconut Flakes – 1 Tbsp
  • Banana – 75g

Makes 1 serving

Mix together & place in refrigerator over night.

*I personally put the fruit in the morning of to keep more crisp
