1. Put all ingredients in a bowl (minus Choc Chips) and mix
2. Pour into a 2.2 qt Pyrex and top with Choc Chips
3. Bake at 350 for about 20 min

Vanilla Extract – 2 tsp
Unsweetened Apple Sauce (Kroger) – 8 oz (1 cup)
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (Aldi) – 4 tbsp
Baking Powder – 1/2 tsp
Stevia (Sweet Drops) – to taste (I used 10 drops)
White Chocolate Chips (HyVee) – 3 tbsp
