This is not a quick fix, lose weight fast, fad or gimmick style program where you learn nothing, crash diet and regain everything you lost 2 weeks later. This is a 9-Week healthy habit-forming challenge. Each week we will pick a different healthy habit to focus on, building on top of the last and trying to teach you lifelong habits based on simple tips and being more mindful of your choices.
