- Bring water to a boil and cook Noodles to desired texture.
- Add about 1/2 Tbsp of Butter to pan over medium-low heat and begin to cook Poblanos.
- In the same pan, brown the Bison and season with Garlic & Herb.
- Add Butter and Flour to a large pan (or wok) and whisk. Then add Almond Milk and Cream Cheese, continue to whisk for about 3 min.
- Add all ingredients (except Noodles) to your large pan and combine. Stir until warm and cheese is melted.
- Add Noodles and enjoy!
