Body Weight workouts are great because you can do them almost anywhere and almost any time. It’s a great PDF to save when you’re stuck at home and can’t get to the gym, or when you’re traveling and on the road.
These workouts will challenge people of all skill sets. There are some basic functional movements, as well as advanced movements that have options to scale back to fit your skill set.
*Some WODs do require a Jump Rope, Rower, etc. Options are given if these are not accessible.
