Description

Due to design of the ball and socket joint (combined with people doing a lot of sitting), most people tend to get overly tight within their Hips and Shoulders. This program, while being great for overall mobility and flexibility, will provide some extra emphasis within those joints.

Stretching WODs are around 20 min per day (some are 18 min, some up to 22 min).
