You’ll receive 10 weeks of programming:
Each week consists of 5 workouts and stretching routines
3 Days of Cardio with post Run Stretches
2 Days of Strength & Mobility (2 Sets – even/odd week) with post Strength Stretches
2 Sets of Core workouts (even/odd week) to be done twice per week.
*During the first couple weeks your main focus should be building confidence and a routine, not distance.
