– As the title states, this program is going to focus on Sub Maximal efforts paired with another movement to keep your heart rate higher and perform your compound lifts under fatigue.
– A main goal of this program is to increase your ability to cycle compound movements for multiple reps with minimal rest.
– This program will also help: increase overall cardiovascular and muscular endurance through daily WODs and improve your flexibility or range of motion (ROM) particularly within your hips, shoulders, and thoracic spine.
